StrongFigure Bootcamp is excited to bring our stellar workouts to YOUR TOWN! We’ll be coming to Elkton this spring/summer, and running a six week bootcamp program at Stonewall Memorial Park on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 8am.
Each workout will be designed for you to get a total body strength and conditioning workout: you’ll warm up, stretch, perform strength work, interval cardio exercises, followed by a cool down with more stretches. Every workout will combine our special style of strength + HIIT to help condition the body, build lean muscle, burn stubborn body fat, and increase overall health and wellness.
All workouts will be taught by certified group fitness coaches from StrongFigure Bootcamp, located out of Harrisonburg, VA. Please bring an exercise mat, a water bottle, and appropriate workout attire! Leave the rest to us. 😉

The recipes are designed to meet the needs of most of our typical members. We focus on clean balanced meals that are delicious. Most of our members have busy schedules so we try to make our meal plans simple and time effective. Once you sign up for bootcamp, Steph will email you your recipes, as well as waiver for class.

The Elkton Outdoor Bootcamp is located at Stonewall Memorial Park at 197 N Terrace Ave, Elkton, VA 22827.
The classes are Tuesday and Thursday 5:30-6:30 PM and Saturday 8am. The bootcamp is 6 weeks long.
Our next session starts Tuesday, September 8, and runs through Saturday, October 10.
