Located on University Blvd beside Dunkin’ Donuts (I know, the irony), 5 Star has the ONLY scale I recommend our members use to get a realistic grasp on true weight: body fat, muscle mass, an actual BMR (which helps me calculate nutrition numbers for our members), and it even breaks down the muscle % for each body part. I recommend our members to hop on the scale once a month for actual progress reports.
