Thank you for joining us this fall! We are so excited to kick off this new season with you and your fitness goals!
Please plan on coming a few minutes early to each class so that our instructors can get you signed in and answer any questions you might have.
Plan on bringing layers to wear – especially as it starts getting chillier in the evenings. You’ll also want to bring water to drink, and you are more than welcome to bring your own mat even though we will have some!
Most importantly – bring a list of injuries you may have, and possible modifications you might need. We will help you workout – no matter what is ailing you – but our instructors will need a heads up to help you get the most out of your workout!
The playground will be available for your children if you want to bring them along – just know that you are responsible for their supervision.
