Each StrongFigure Bootcamp class is structured to build strength and enhancing the body’s metabolic conditioning response in the following format:
- 8-10 Minute Warm Up with Mobility Work
- 30-35 Minutes of Metabolic Conditioning (HIIT) Work
- 5+ Minute Cool Down with Mobility Work
Every workout is different and each day targets different muscle groups. And because each workout is customizable to every member, you always have the choice to make each workout only as hard as you want or need it to be.

Through the strength training from the bootcamp class, I noticed how much easier it became to lift my children from a car seat or lifting them up and down off counters, and even lifting them over my head to sit on my shoulders on a walk. -Mindy S.
